We are searching for Project Manager for a London based fit out and refurbishment contractor.
They seek a Project Manager who is capable of co currently run 3 Projects Nationally up and down the UK. (Accomodation & Travel Expensed)
Project Sizes are up to 2m (Hotel Refurbishment)
You will be staying away from home/travelling/overseeing these projects with on site support from a Site Manager.
Key Responsibilites:
- Define the project scope
- Create and manage a construction project budget
- Create a construction project management plan
- Negotiate with general contractors and subcontractors to obtain profitable construction contracts
- Develop a construction, H&S and Logisticsschedule, with project deliverables and milestones
- Allocate and manage resource logistics
- Create status reports for project stakeholders
- Oversee the performance of the general contractor, site manager and other members of the construction team
- Obtain building permits, licenses and regulations
- Maintain health and safety standards
