Job Title: Assistant Property Manager - Temporary to Permanent

Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and organised Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting property management operations, ensuring smooth running and maintaining high standards across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Viewings: Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
  • Debt Management: Proactively chase outstanding rents and payments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Building Standards: Regularly inspect properties to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards, reporting and resolving maintenance issues promptly.
  • Tenant Relations: Act as a point of contact for tenants, addressing queries and concerns efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records and assist in the preparation of property reports.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle debt management tasks confidently.
