They are looking for a Director of Property and Estates to take the lead in shaping their property portfolio, ensuring their estate is safe, sustainable, and fit for the future. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, the Director of Property and Estates will provide strategic and operational leadership for their extensive property portfolio.Why Join Our Client?

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the strategic and operational management of the property and estates function.

  • Identifying new opportunities for property development, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • Championing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives to improve sustainability.
  • Managing a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Likely to be a chartered professional with a degree in a property or construction-related discipline.
  • Senior leadership experience in property, estates, or facilities management.
  • A strong track record in managing large property portfolios and capital budgets.
  • Expertise in health & safety, compliance, contracts, and sustainability initiatives.
