We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of a Purchase Ledger.
Derby - DE24
Role and key responsibilities for the Purchase Ledger
Input non-PO invoices into NetSuite, ,including nominal coding.
Clear the Purchase Ledger inbox daily.
Send remittances for the weekly payment run (every Friday).
Support with input of PO invoices
Handle supplier queries via phone and email.
Provide phone overflow cover.
Assist with production printing
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of purchase ledger experience.
Skills:
Understanding of nominal codes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Proficiency
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
Pay rate: £14.35 Per hour
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
08:30AM - 17:00PM
