6 Month Temporary, Fulll Time opportunity, £14.00 per hour, paid weekly. 

Purchasing Assistant duties:

  • Oversee and maintain purchase orders, supplier details, and inventory systems.
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm purchases, negotiate delivery schedules, and resolve any issues.
  • Work with the finance team to address and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Track inventory levels and collaborate with internal teams to anticipate procurement requirements.
  • Generate and evaluate purchasing reports, highlighting trends and recommending improvements.
  • Provide general administrative support for the purchasing team, including record-keeping and documentation management.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related administrative role.
  • Excel skills and Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
