Senior Planner - East Midlands

Senior Planner - a leading building contractor is searching for a Senior Planner to join the expanding pre-construction team based in Derbyshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Planner to play a 'key role' from pre-construction stage through to handover on projects ranging from £5m - £25m.

Requirements:
- Experience working as a Planner / Senior Planner
- Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- Good working knowledge of ASTA or MS Project
- Experience on projects from £2m+

Key duties:
- Tender and construction phase planning
- Working on projects from £5m - £25m
- Identifying opportunities & risks
- Using ASTA Power Project

Salary & Package:
- Basic salary of £70,000 - £80,000 (DOE)
- Company Car or Allowance

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Planner with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £5m+ - £25m.
