Our client is a reputable player in the industrial/manufacturing sector with a vast presence in the UK looking for a Purchasing Administrator based at their Derby site.

Description

  • Running reports to support various commercial functions
  • Daily/Weekly KPI generation
  • Customer forecast / order book uploads into ERP system
  • Raising of manual Sales Orders (AOG/NPI)
  • ERP maintenance (i.e updating information from various external sources)
  • Liaising with production supervisors to aid planners with critical part status
  • Basic Purchasing functions
  • General office administration duties

Profile

  • Good IT skills including MS Office and Outlook
  • Well organised and able to multitask.
  • Must possess drive and determination to succeed.
  • "can do" attitude.
  • Strong communication and customer liaison skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
  • Excellent time management skills, methodical worker with high level attention to details.
  • Accurate data input and advanced excel skills essential.
  • Confidentiality at all times
  • Can commute to Derby
