Our client is a reputable player in the industrial/manufacturing sector with a vast presence in the UK looking for a Purchasing Administrator based at their Derby site.
Description
- Running reports to support various commercial functions
- Daily/Weekly KPI generation
- Customer forecast / order book uploads into ERP system
- Raising of manual Sales Orders (AOG/NPI)
- ERP maintenance (i.e updating information from various external sources)
- Liaising with production supervisors to aid planners with critical part status
- Basic Purchasing functions
- General office administration duties
Profile
- Good IT skills including MS Office and Outlook
- Well organised and able to multitask.
- Must possess drive and determination to succeed.
- "can do" attitude.
- Strong communication and customer liaison skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills, methodical worker with high level attention to details.
- Accurate data input and advanced excel skills essential.

- Can commute to Derby
