Challengetrg are currently recruiting Team Leaders for the Dove Valley Park Area in the Drinks Logistics Industry.

Shifts

You will be working any 5 from7 days on a rotating

6-2 2 -10 and 10 -6 shift i.e. 40 hours per week full time.

Pay and Benefits

In return for your hard work we are offering a salary of £28,951.60

What you'll do on a typical day:

* Supporting the day to day running of the operation in WSM's absence.

* Supporting the WSM with managing stock loss through accuracy checks.

* Ensuring all MHE are operational, liaising with both STILL and Flexi to ensure timely repairs.

* Supporting QSHE Manager by completing daily QSHE safety checks.

* Completing Bulk Stack Reports and acting on results.

* Supporting WSM and WTM by completing shift setup and Pre-shift briefs.

* Completing shift handovers accurately.

* Creating and maintaining an environment that encourages employee participation and effective team working and ensuring employees are involved in the success of the operation through continual feedback and positive communication

* Promoting high standards of hygiene and housekeeping and ensuring compliance to all legislative Health & Safety requirements.

* Promoting and ensuring a consistent, fair and thorough approach to the implementation of human resources policies and procedures.

* Ensuring compliance of the operation to the Quality systems, industry standards and legal requirements
