Assistant Quantity Surveyor - East Midlands 

Assistant Quantity Surveyor - We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant/Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our successful sub-contractor client. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in the quantity surveying field and work on exciting projects.

Duties:

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.

• Support senior surveyors with the monitoring and management of project costs.

• Help with contract administration and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Experience:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

• Some experience or internships within the construction industry is a plus but not essential.

• Familiarity with basic cost estimation principles and software is beneficial.

Benefits 

• Salary between £25,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
