A well-established Fit Out & Refurbishment contractor in the City of London is seeking to expand their commercial team due to a new 3-year framework contract.
The role involves managing 1-3 projects at a time, primarily focusing on Cost Management and Schedule of Rates, with support from a Commercial Manager.
Candidates should have relevant experience in the Fit Out & Refurbishment sectors, ideally in office-focused projects.
The position offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000, along with travel expenses and project-based bonuses.
Applicants are expected to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

I am partnered with a well established Fit Out & Refurbishment contractor who are based in the heart of the City of London. They are a group of contractors that service the Design & Build, International and Traditional Fit Out & Refurb sectors (Work being Office Focused).

They have landed a 3 Year framework which will give them a consistent work through 1 work stream, and this has now opened up a gap in there commercial team..

You would be responsible for 1-3 jobs at anytime (could be national, but based in London) main focuses are Cost Management and Schedule of Rates alongside some variations and CVRs through to final account. All this would be supported by a Commercial Manager.

In return you will be a salary up to 55k Plus Travel Expenses & Bonus (per project)
