This main contractor client is seeking to hire an experienced Tier 1 Senior QS/QS for their East Midlands region.
Candidates should ideally be located near Derby and be comfortable working on projects ranging from £200k to £5m.
Project values can go up to £10m, but the core focus is on projects up to £5m.
The role requires managing all commercial aspects of construction projects and adhering to self-managed timelines.
The company is looking for an ambitious, motivated, and commercially astute individual with relevant experience.

This main contractor clientis looking to recruit an experienced Tier 1Senior QS / QS to workin theirEast Mids region.

Ideally you willneed to be located in the East Mids (closer to Derby the better) and happy to work on jobs as small as 200k and as big as 5m.

Project values do work up to 10m in value but the core area is up to 5million

You will need to be able manage all commercial aspects of a construction project and be comfortable managing your own timescales.

This is an integral role for this business and they are looking for an ambitious, motivated and hard working commercially astute individual.
