Quantity Surveyor -Salary: 55,000 Basic Salary + Car / Car Allowance + Benefits

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Salary: 65,000 Basic Salary + Car / Car Allowance + Benefits

Our clientare looking for a Quantity Surveyor or a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them in a very busy commercial team to deliver on a number of significant projects throughout the East Midlands.

This is a genuinely progressive team with excellent working conditions and the enjoyment of working within a highly talented team. You will be involved in a number of significant projects at varying stages and you will be expected to deliver projects, achieving target s with margins and ensure you comply with the necessary processes.

You will be responsible for preparing and negotiating interim valuations, managing the variations account and final accounts.

You will work both the various site teams and clients.

As a person, you will approachable with excellent team player attributes and a competent Quantity Surveyor happy to share your knowledge with colleagues and customers.

Ideally you will holda formal qualification in a relevant subject, with previous quantity surveying and National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates experience within the construction industry. Client-driven, with strong decision making and communication skills,youwill be able to prioritise work against tight deadlines and sometimes demanding priorities.

You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong numeracy, literacy and IT skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines and work well within a team.
