This well-established construction contractor is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial department.
In this hybrid role, you’ll work from home, the Moorgate office, and various project sites across the Southeast, providing a dynamic and flexible working environment. You will initially join the team working on exciting light industrial/warehouse projects, the first of which is in Reading, collaborating closely with the Commercial Director, Commercial Manager, and Senior Quantity Surveyors.
This role offers outstanding exposure to experienced professionals and a chance to develop your skills through hands-on training. It’s an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the very busy and ever-growing Industrial sector while managing day-to-day project activities and learning from seasoned experts.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor is essential.
- Industrial project experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Degree-qualified with a solid understanding of Quantity Surveying principles.
- Motivated, reliable, and trustworthy, with a desire to progress.
- A consistent employment history and ability to work as part of a team.
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000, dependent on experience.
