Your new company
You will be joining a high-profile main contractor operating in the water industry. This multi-accredited and established organisation has a strong pipeline of work with a major water company in the Midlands region and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success, they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Your new role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be based out of their Derby office and be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Provision of accurate cash flow reporting
  • Cost management and project forecasting
  • Subcontract procurement, negotiation and financial accounting
  • Drafting and updating a monthly CVR, cost and commercial plans
  • Compiling upstream applications for payment and cash management
  • Managing contract and subcontract agreements
  • Liaising with key internal and external project stakeholders.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have:

  • Degree/HNC in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Sound working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 suite of contracts
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Full UK driving licence.
