Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to take on your next career challenge? We are partnered with a major Contractor who are seeking a career driven commercial professional to lead cost control, contract management, and project delivery for this high-tech development! Due to the impressive growth plans of the business, they are looking for someone keen to develop into the senior leadership within the next 12 months!

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all financial aspects of the data centre project, ensuring it stays within budget and on schedule
  • Manage procurement, subcontractor agreements, and cost reporting
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution
  • Provide accurate cost forecasts, risk assessments, and final accounts

The Person

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will be highly motivated and career driven and meet the following base criteria;

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in quantity surveying, ideally within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Familiarity with contract management, including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC contracts.
  • Strong Analytical & Numerical Skill
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or similar is an advantage, but not essential (RICS qualification is a bonus)
