They will have impeccable manners and be confident, punctual and must have a sales driven work ethic. Previous estate agency experience isn't essential, but the right attitude is for this busy office.There will be many opportunities for them to earn commissions on the viewing by adding on valuations, mortgage appointments and solicitors referrals, so a think outside the box attitude is essential.
