They are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the entire Lettings process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. This includes conducting property viewings, processing applications, facilitating sign-ups, overseeing property management, and conducting regular inspections.

Responsibilities:

  • Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
  • Tenant Application Process: Guide prospective tenants through the application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
  • Sign-ups and Contracts: Prepare and facilitate the signing of tenancy agreements and other related documents, ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements.
  • Property Management: Oversee the management of rented properties, including handling maintenance requests, addressing tenant queries, and resolving any issues that may arise during the tenancy period.
  • Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and identify any required repairs or maintenance.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Maintain excellent communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors, providing prompt and professional assistance throughout the lettings process.
  • Marketing and Advertising: Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively promote available properties through various channels, ensuring maximum exposure and attracting quality tenants.
  • Compliance: Stay up to date with relevant legislation, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices within the lettings industry.
