CRA Consulting is working with a cutting-edge conveyancing firm to find experienced and ambitious conveyancers to join their dynamic team at their state-of-the-art Derby office.Our client is a leader in the conveyancing industry, and part of large group nationwide. They are on a mission to revolutionize the moving market by putting people first and leveraging the latest technology to deliver exceptional service to their clients, partners, and employees.The Opportunity:Following a comprehensive 2-week training programme designed to ensure you hit the ground running, you will join one of their high-performing conveyancing teams. You will manage a diverse caseload of freehold, leasehold, newbuild, and shared ownership transactions, tailored to your expertise. In addition to a competitive base salary, you can earn an additional £2-£5k annually through their lucrative bonus scheme. The firm also offers a clear and structured career path, giving you the opportunity to grow professionally and personally.Key Responsibilities:* Manage the sale/purchase process from instruction to completion, liaising with all parties involved, including mortgage brokers, estate agents, solicitors, and clients. * Proactively communicate and build strong relationships with clients and third parties, providing regular updates on progress. * Deliver exceptional service to clients, introducers, and third parties. * Identify potential risks and resolve issues efficiently to protect clients and the business. * Maintain allocated files in good order, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements. * Prepare and issue contract papers for any related sale. * Address and resolve sale enquiries thoroughly. * Analyse search results and act accordingly. * Organize and target matters for exchange and completion at the start of each month in line with KPIs. * Liaise with mortgage lenders regarding the drawdown of client funds. * Handle the exchange of contracts and legal completion processes. What You'll Need:* A minimum of 2 years of conveyancing experience, with the ability to manage your own caseload. * A passion for delivering outstanding client service. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * High attention to detail and organizational skills.
