Blue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with a family run business who are looking for a Sales Consultant to join their ever growing team to work a long side them at their headquarters in Derby on a full time, permanent basis.Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am-5:30pm & 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-12pmSalary: £24,000 - £27,00 DOE - PLUS Quarterly BonusCandidate MUST have a full driving license with own vehicle.What will you be doing in the Sales Consultant role:* Build and maintain strong relationships with property sellers and potential buyers.* Provide regular updates to clients about the status of their property listings and feedback from viewings.* Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing the property's features and benefits to potential buyers.* Answer any questions prospective buyers may have about the property and surrounding area.* Receive and assess offers from potential buyers.* Negotiate the best possible price and terms on behalf of the seller.* Advise sellers on the merits of different offers and guide them through the decision-making process.* Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers to ensure a smooth transaction process.* Keep both buyers and sellers informed about the progress of the sale and any potential issues that arise.* Stay up to date with local and national property market trends.* Provide clients with insights and advice based on current market conditions.* Prepare and manage all necessary paperwork related to property sales.* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the sales process.* Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.* Follow up with client's post-sale to ensure satisfaction and to secure future business or referrals.* Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets set by the agency.* Continuously seek opportunities to generate new business through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.* Attend training sessions and stay informed about industry best practices.* Pursue relevant qualifications and accreditations to enhance professional skills and credibility.What my client is looking for in the candidate:* Positive and professional attitude* Solution and results focused with a flexible approach to issues.* Committed to personal development.* Ability to deliver excellent customer service.* Development of time management skills to ensure effective management of own resources.* Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.* Determination to secure new business with focused action* Negotiation skills to achieve the best outcome for the business and the customer.* Effectively collaborate with colleaguesPrevious experience and requirements:* 2 Years industry experience is preferred.* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.* Excellent written and verbal communication* Problem solver, including complaints and negotiations.* Adaptable and a good team player* Be an effective communicator within a team.* Be able to give feedback in a constructive manner.* Great relationship builder* Excellent administration skills* Display high standards of service, care and presentation.* High attention to detailHow do I apply for the Sales Consultant role?If you are interested in the above role and feel you can meet the above requirements - we would love to hear from you as soon as possible.
