Lettings Property Manager - Derby - £25k (Salary Negotiable) + Commission and Car Allowance

My client is one of the leading Lettings and Estate Agency brands in the area with a solid reputation built up over many years. They strive to provide an exceptional service to all their clients and due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join their team in Derby who is looking for a role that can offer growth and progression into more senior roles.

Property Manager Main Duties to include:

  • Managing a portfolio of properties
  • Communicate with Landlords / Tenants / Contractors regarding property maintenance works, required actions to be undertaken resolving accordingly
  • Arranging and carrying out property inspections and reporting back to Landlords with feedback
  • Carrying out inventories
  • Ensure all legal compliances are up to date
  • Renewal arrangements for rent recovery policies and tenancy agreements
  • Liaise with tenant and landlord following the end of tenancy
  • Communicating with utility companies and council at start and end of tenancy
  • Resolving Landlord and Tenant enquiries
  • Carrying out viewings when required

Essential Skills Required:

  • Lettings experience
  • Experience in carrying out property inspections and Inventories
  • Great Customer Service skills
  • Organisation skills
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Articulate
  • IT literate
  • Full UK driving licence and car

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9am - 2pm with day off in lieu
