You will be responsible for overseeing a range of residential properties, ensuring that they are managed effectively, and building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. This is a high-impact role, perfect for a proactive property professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of residential properties, overseeing all aspects from tenant communication to maintenance.Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, handling queries and ensuring high satisfaction levels.Conduct property inspections and ensure that all properties remain well-maintained and compliant.Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests promptly, liaising with trusted contractors to maintain quality.Monitor tenancy agreements, including renewals, terminations, and associated documentation.Handle property check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and attention to detail.About YouTo excel in this role, you’ll need a proven background in property management and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
