Client Administrator & Receptionist

Allestree, Derby (ref AL1314)

Salary £24,000 - £30,000 dep on exp + benefits

(Full time role however, consideration may be given to 4 days per week)

My client is an award-winning Wealth Management Company and they are now looking for a professionally presented individual with excellent communication and administration skills to join their office-based team as a Client Administrator / Receptionist. The role will be extremely varied and offers training and development opportunities.

The Role

  • To provide superb customer service, reception and administration support dealing with both internal staff and external clients
  • Effective and efficient diary management
  • Working closely with the Directors to support them on a daily basis
  • Calling clients on behalf of the Directors
  • Producing accurate letters, reports and maintaining databases
  • Preparing client documentation and administrative forms
  • Record and securely store information relating to confidential matters and enquiries
  • Provide cover on reception
  • Welcoming clients to the office in a warm and friendly manner
  • To undertake general front of house duties, for example, answering the telephone, taking messages, filing, photocopying, handling incoming and outgoing post, etc
  • Any other duties which may be required from time to time, as discussed and agreed with the Operations Manager and Directors

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Highly organised with an excellent level of attention to detail
  • A polite, warm and friendly manner
  • Efficient and accurate administrative skills
  • IT literate
  • Professional manner and appearance with excellent communication skills
  • Work well as part of a team and on their own initiative
  • Have a positive can-do attitude
  • Able to undertake essential training as and when required
