HR & Recruitment Administrator – Derby – £24,000 - £25,000Chase & Holland are partnering a fantastic modern forward-thinking business who are looking for a HR & Recruitment Administrator to join on a temporary basis for around 6 months. As the HR & Recruitment Administrator, you will be working in a fast-paced environment and providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR team. We are looking for someone who is confident, hardworking with a keen eye for detail.Package & Benefits:

HR & Recruitment Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Managing and maintaining recruitment mailboxes
  • Creating recruitment reports as required
  • Creating content and managing social media for recruitment
  • Ensuring all relevant paperwork is collated from the new starter ensuring compliance
  • Producing contracts and offer letters
  • Taking interview notes and send to hiring manager for review and recording on company ATS
  • Sending out NDA’s and ensuring they are completed before first calls
  • Managing applicants through company ATS
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent administration skills
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to build strong stakeholder relationships
