Join our client’s successful In-House Talent Acquisition Team as a Recruiter and contribute to their continued journey of success. This role is ideal for someone who is an expert in sourcing tactics, customer-oriented, and determined to attract the best talent from the market. You will play a key role in leading and implementing projects that enhance our sourcing strategies and support business growth.

Day-to-day of the role:•    Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver the full cycle of the talent acquisition process, including search and selection using both internal and external direct sourcing channels.•    Maintain and build talent pools/networks to ensure a steady supply of top candidates.•    Keep recruitment data up-to-date on systems.•    Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates as necessary.•    Ensure adherence to the sign-off process and supply new hire details to the Service Delivery team for processing.•    Manage a variety of recruitment projects that aim to improve our approach to sourcing talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications:•    Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or in-house recruiter.•    A genuine passion for recruitment and staying updated with the best sourcing practices and market trends.•    Strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction.•    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, consult, and proactively engage with team members and candidates.•    Initiative, confidence, and the ability to work independently.
