First Call Talent Solutions are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Part of the First Call Contract Services Group, First Call Talent Solutions was launched in 2024 has grown month on month and is providing permanent recruitment solutions to new and existing clients across the UK.

We are now looking to add to our team!

This is a great time to be joining us, with new contracts and division expansion planned throughout 2024 and into 2025.

Immediate interviews & starts are available for this exciting service delivery role, based at our Castle Donington offices, DE74.

Candidate duties will include:

  • Advertise client roles across national and company internal job boards
  • Conduct candidate interviews and screening calls
  • Update adverts and candidate attraction
  • Sending email follow up's to potential candidates
  • Format CV's and candidate profiles
  • General recruitment administration

Candidate experience will include:

Ideally candidates will have an existing recruitment experience within the permanent recruitment sector however we would like to speak to candidates with administration, telesales, customer service or retail experience.

This exciting role will have an opportunity to learn all aspects of permanent recruitment including sales, client service and candidate management.

Hours or work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm however an element of flexibility will be required during busy periods.

Starting salary is from £25kpa + OTE + excellent company benefits (DOE)

This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis.
