- Advertising roles and pro-actively searching for candidates via job boards and social media.
- Bringing on new clients who need support with their staffing solutions and nurturing these client relationships.
- Business Development calls.
- Candidate registration calls.
- Carrying out competency-based interviews.
- Client meetings – Face to face interactions with clients.
- Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of vacancies.
- Understanding candidates career aspirations.
- Full drivers license is required.
- Previous experience in a customer/client facing role is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team.
- Salary from £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
