What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Developing and maintaining your own portfolio of clients
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing top-tier candidates
- Delivering outstanding service to both clients and candidates
- Driving business development and hitting targets with confidence

What Were Looking For
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- A strong track record of billing success
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to business development
- Confident, resilient, and driven to exceed expectations
- Ready to commit to a full-time role (MondayFriday, with a 40-hour week between the hours of 07:0018:00 flex)
