The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Consultant/Resourcer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, identifying, and engaging with potential candidates across the Electrical and Gas markets, filling a variety of roles for our clients. You will work closely with our recruitment consultants to understand client requirements, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess suitability for roles
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
Manage candidate databases and maintain up-to-date records
Build and nurture relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience
Support recruitment consultants in delivering excellent service to clients
Keep up to date with market trends and candidate availability

Key Skills and Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment or a sales-focused environment is desirable but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for candidate sourcing
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to succeed
