A global fast-food chain is looking for a restaurant manager in the Derby area. This restaurant chain has been a dominant force within the hospitality world for a several number of years and is still currently expanding. By 2026 the food chain is looking to open another 100 stores meaning there are endless opportunities for progression and development.

The role of Restaurant manager encourages the chosen candidate to be an effective team leader who is familiar with working in fast paced environments. The company is searching for somebody who is not afraid to get hands on and can actively complete multiple tasks whilst keeping their team motivated to increase overall store performance.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding around the commercial aspects of hospitality and be familiar working with KPI’s. The chosen candidate must be effective at motivating their team in high pressure environments and be comfortable balancing a range of responsibilities whilst still maintaining an excellent standard of service.

The role is paying up to £40,000
