Blue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with the leading advertising company based in the Derby area. They are looking to recruit an Account Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Hours: MONDAY - FRIDAY : FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS MUST WORK 7 HOURS START TIME FROM 8AM-10AM.

HYBRID WORKING AFTER TRAINING PERIOD
MONDAY : WFH
TUESDAY - THURSDAY : OFFICE
FRIDAY : WFH

ONCE A WEEK YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK UNTIL 5:15PM (After training period)

Salary: 20,000.00-25,000 DOE PLUS Bonus

Duties of an Account Manager:

- Proactively grow and manage your portfolio of Affiliates, providing them with superior support and communication over email, skype and phone
- Maintaining our reputation by vetting new Affiliate applications to the highest of accuracy
- Understand the importance of compliant advertisements when dealing with high profile campaigns
- Analysis of campaign performance and devising strategies to retain current revenue
- Lead regular calls with your Affiliates to build verbal relationships
- Representing the company at UK and global trade shows in Las Vegas, New York, Dubai, Barcelona, Berlin and Amsterdam.
- To enforce and comply with all company policies and procedures which are fundamental in maintaining effective performance, communication and good business reputation

Previous Experience and requirements:

- Previous experience in an Account Management role would be advantageous
- Outstanding communications skills, both written and verbal
- GCSE old Grade B in maths or higher (new Grade 6)
- Proactive thinker and strong motivation to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and organisation skills
- Experience in working towards tight deadlines
- Innovative thinker to assist with company growth
- Preferably one years' experience in a customer facing/sales role
- Strong analytical focus and ability to review data
