Poolhall Recruitment are recruiting for a hybrid business development manager who can commute to the head office in Derby 1 day per week.
Our client is a security firm based in Derby who specialises in manned guarding, keyholding, alarm response, mobile patrols, CCTV and alarm installations. Their clients come from both the public and private sectors and range in size.

This role requires a full drivers licence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities to grow our clients portfolio within the specialisms. You will ideally have a proven track record of sales and client management, have an understanding of the buying / sales processes and bid project management, able to manage your time and diary effectively, strong communication skills both verbally & written and good IT skills with Microsoft products and Outlook.
Experience in the security sector is preferred.
Responsibilities will include:
