As a Business Development Manager, you will have the chance to work with our existing friendly client base, helping to develop the services they purchase from us while also prospecting and winning new business. Your role will be a balanced mix of maintaining and growing our current relationships and bringing in new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with Business Managers, Bursars, Head Teachers, and Catering Managers.
  • Introduce our range of services to new schools, academies, and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATS).
  • Prospect and secure new business from various sources.
  • Plan, organise, and manage your own appointments.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong territory planning abilities are essential.
  • Knowledge of the educational catering industry is desirable.
  • Experience working with MATS, academies, and schools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Clean driving licence.
