Salary: £15.07 per hour (£29,000 pro rata)

Morson Talent is excited to be recruiting a Purchase Order Administrator on behalf of Severn Trent, based in Raynesway. This role is fully on-site, with the potential to work from home on Fridays once fully trained (using your own computer or laptop).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work from spreadsheets to create PO numbers in SAP Ariba and receipt PO numbers.
  • Resolve any issues that arise from the PO process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of purchase orders.

About You:

  • Ideally, you will have experience using SAP or SAP Ariba, but candidates with experience in raising PO numbers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Working Hours and Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, with flexibility to work 7am-3pm or 9am-5pm depending on personal preference.
  • Fully on-site during training, with the option to work from home on Fridays once trained.
  • Competitive salary of £29,000.
  • Standard IT access provided, mirroring existing employee setups.

Contract Details:

  • 6-month contract covering sickness, with the possibility of a rolling extension or other opportunities within Severn Trent.
  • On-site interview with Team Leader.
  • Immediate start required.
