A successful Derby based company are looking for a Purchase Ledger Controller to join them, initially on a 14-month fixed term contract, covering maternity leave.

Reporting to the Finance Manager your main duties as Purchase Ledger Controller will include:

  • Matching GRN’s to invoices
  • Coding and inputting all invoices
  • Preparing supplier payments
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Supplier queries

Hours are 40 hours a week and can be flexible i.e. 8:00am - 4:30om or 9:00am - 5:00pm etc. 21 days holiday plus statutory holidays, plenty of free parking and a welcoming and supportive team to work in. Salary of £28,000. Applicants must have recent UK purchase ledger experience as this role is full control over the purchase ledger, so they need someone to hit the ground running.
