The successful Sales Ledger Clerk will be reporting into the Head of Finance.
Description
Sales Ledger Clerk Key Responsibilities:
- Raising and processing sales invoices
- Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts
- Chasing outstanding debts and following up on overdue payments
- Handling customer queries
- Assisting with month and year end
- Preparing sales ledger reports
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting the finance team with adhoc duties
Profile
The successful Sales Ledger Clerk:
- Previous experience in a Sales Ledger Clerk position
- Strong numerical skills
- Proficient in accounting software and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Able to commute to our client's business in Derby
