As Curriculum Lead, you will be responsible for leading and enhancing the English department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education, and contributing to the overall development of the school's curriculum. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of teaching and leadership responsibilities, playing a key role in the academic development of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the English department, ensuring high standards in teaching and learning.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate the English curriculum.
- Support staff development and lead CPD initiatives within the department.
- Collaborate with other departments and senior leadership to ensure a cohesive and effective curriculum.
- Maintain a focus on student achievement and pastoral care within the English faculty.
