Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join our talented team. This is a full-time, long-term position perfect for a passionate educator looking to make a significant impact on student's scientific understanding and love for the subject.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons to students of varying abilities.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to support their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and curriculum enhancements.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Science or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Science at the secondary level.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
