Position Summary:
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be carrying out fault finding, examination, maintenance and repairs on our customers' fleets of traction and rolling stock at various locations across the UK as well as on the main site in Derby.

THIS ROLE IS UK WIDE - CANDIDATES WILL BE REQUIRED TO TRAVEL AND STAY AWAY FROM
HOME AS PER BUSINESS REQUIRMENTS

This will also involve working to a 7-day roster which shall include afternoons/nights, bank holiday and weekend shifts as required.

Accommodation will be provided by the business with additional 25 per Diem payments.

Duties will include but not limited to:
* Attending faults and failures (Mechanical and Electrical) * Carrying out repairs
* Performing inspections and technical rider duties on a variety of rail vehicles across the national rail network - UK Wide
* Lone working - to diagnose and fix issues with electrical/mechanical systems and machinery

Candidates will have:
* Level 3 Apprenticeship in Relevant Electrical / Mechanical Discipline
* Full UK Licence
* Ability to pass PTS
* Experience with both Electrical and Mechanical work (ideally in Rolling Stock OR similar)
