Ganymede Solutions are working with a large, innovative UK Train Operating Company who are seeking to recruit a Service Delivery Coordinator join the Train Cleaning team based at the Head Office in Derby. Ganymede Solutions are a stock market recognised recruitment agency, specialising in the transportation, infrastructure, construction and engineering sectors on both permanent and contract basis’.

Our client is seeking to hire a pro-active, strong communicator, a well organised and capable individual who can handle 3rd party contractor and suppliers.

The company covers the East Midlands, Northwest of England, Yorkshire and the Humber, Bedfordshire, Norfolk and Staffordshire. They operate at over 140 stations and have a large fleet of 277 trains.

 

The Role:

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, your role will be to liaise with Train Presentation team across the business, carrying out the following duties:

• Reporting on quality standards & KPIs

• Coordinating training & competencies

• Supporting product development trials

• Driving the safety culture within Train Presentation

• Managing communications with the wider business

In your role, you will have to liaise with other depots and stations managed by the business across the East Midlands, London and South Yorkshire.

This role offers some flexibility, with a need for someone to be in 5 days across Monday to Sunday, fulfilling their 37 hours a week with some bank holidays requirements to work.

 

Remuneration & Benefits:

• £17.47p/h

About You:

• Previous experience in a similar role, for example as a facilities coordinator – railway experience not required

• To be IT and Microsoft literate 

• Be able to pass a PTS course (Personal Track Safety)

• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol test 

• Be able to pass a full rail medical – this will include, sight, hearing, colourisation, heart, lungs, brain, etc

• Provide your Right to Work documents before deployment 

• Happy to help mentality/attitude
