Kitchen & Bathroom Showroom Manager wanted in Derby!

KBB Recruitment are pleased to be working with an independent retailor with over 30yrs experience in the industry to help them look for a Showroom Manager.

Full time permanent position Tuesday - Friday 09.30am - 4.30pm and Saturdays 09.30am -1.30pm, paying £32,000 plus bonus with an OTE of £38,000.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, enthusiastic and dedicated team of professionals and manage a newly refurbished high-end bathroom and kitchen showroom. Our clients are looking for a highly motivated individual to coordinate the day to day running of the Showroom and installations.

Role:

  • See customers into the showroom to create and develop leads to generate into sales
  • Manage social media and advertising
  • Manage your own portfolio of customers
  • Prepare paperwork, contracts, quotes etc
  • Planning projects on Winner and Virtual Worlds
  • Maintain showroom
  • Organise brochures, sample doors and worktops, ensuring they are all kept up to date

Ideal Candidate:

  • Will be capable of setting up and managing projects from the start through to completion
  • Will have the ability to order the furniture and appliances for their projects
  • Will be honest, trustworthy, reliable, Customer friendly, enthusiastic, driven, articulate & approachable
  • Will be well presented & personable
  • Will be financially astute, understand job costings, profit margins etc
  • Will be able to carry out home surveys & accurately measure & capture key design requirements for the customer adding a design flair to all projects
  • Will hold a valid UK driving licence
