Keystone Care is seeking an experienced and dedicated Peripatetic Care Home Manager to join a reputable healthcare provider Derbyshire who specialising in Dementia and Elderly care. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management and operations of multiple care homes within the region, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Care Home Managers to drive premium care quality and compliance across the region in addition to managing a specific care home in the absence of a Home Manager if required
  • Overseeing all elements of residents' care, developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and driving business opportunities and maintaining budgets and controlling costs
  • Supporting the day to day operations of our care homes, you will be seeking new opportunities to enhance the quality of life and wellbeing for both our residents and our home teams

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the care home sector
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Financial acumen and experience in budget management


Requirements:

- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (Car Allowance is provided)
