They are currently looking for an Administrator to assist with a number of clerical and basic accounts tasks. General duties will entail:
- Processing of staff timesheets, inputting into the system
- Production of order numbers and invoices
- Addressing queries with suppliers
- Submission of expense and mileage claims
- Coding of invoices
- Reception cover when needed to embrace answering the phone, greeting clients, inbox management, greeting clients, etc
In order to carry out this role, candidates should have great communication skills, have a proactive approach to their work, be comfortable working with figures and experienced with Microsoft.
