This well-respected international membership body are seeking an experienced and ambitious Membership Support Coordinator to join its busy team.
The role is primarily home-based although there will be the occasional need to attend events and meetings (but full expenses will be paid) so would suit someone self-motivated and who likes flexibility.
The main purpose is to stay in touch with groups of members to ensure that the organisation is providing opportunities and support and that activities & facilities on offer are suitable. The coordinator will need to be happy to initiate conversations, research and generally keep on top of trends and suggestions that will be fed these back to departments such as marketing, events, education etc., ensuring that member opinions are being appropriately listened to and acted upon.
Suitable candidates for the role of Member Support Coordinator will have previously worked within relationship management or the customer satisfaction sector and enjoy building connections and communicating with all types of people. They should have had some exposure to working with social media in order to inform and interact with groups and be confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
