Senior Embedded Engineer Derby / Hybrid £75,000 - £90,000 + Bonus + Progression + Further Training + Great company culture + Pension Are you a Senior Embedded Engineer looking for an exciting position where you can produce high end work in a niche sector working with some huge clients?This company are a rapidly expanding Instrumentation specialist with a superb reputation and worldwide clients. In this role, you will develop firmware for real-time systems, design FPGA hardware in VHDL, and write test procedures. You'll collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software, ensure compliance with standards, and provide support for embedded systems in production. You will also work directly with clients adapt products for specific client requirements. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Embedded Engineer able to program in embedded C, have knowledge of analogue and digital hardware, experience of real time embedded systems. You will ideally also have familiarity with software development tools like compilers, simulation tools, debuggers, IDEs and experience with programming languages like Python, Visual R and Rust. Experience with FPGA and VHDL is essential.
