Job title: Software Engineer

Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: 43,000-60,000 Depending on experience
Location: Derby
Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Degree qualified in computer science, electronics engineering or related discipline
- Experienced embedded software engineer
- Experience with embedded hardware platforms and programming
- Experience in real time systems and operating systems
- Proficient in C++ and C# programming languages
- Hi Integrity coding experience
- Able to gain SC clearance
Ideally applicants should also have:
- Proficiency with Python
Role information:
- Work across all design phases of the software lifecycle
- Develop high level software requirements using DOORS
- Develop architectural designs using SCADE architect
- Implement manual SPARK Ada code
- Operate continuous integration and delivery toolsets
- Actively engage in problem solving
- Support audits
- Liaise with firmware, systems and electronics teams
