We are recruiting enthusiastic, passionate and motivated Teaching Assistants to join our growing team on a FULL TIME basis to start ASAP in our lovely Primary Schools in the City Of Derby.

The role is to provide quality Well-being, Intervention to children EYFS, KS1 or KS2 children in our partnering primary schools.

You will work closely with the SENCO to provide general support and 1:1 support with teachers within the schools. You will look to build instant rapport children and professional relationships with the school staff.

You will also support to plan and deliver fun education, activities and creative play.

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to build relationships with schools.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

  • Develop NEW ideas to engage, inspire, motivate and empower ALL children

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To support the delivery of planned, structured sessions
  • To understand the importance of OUTSTANDING class management
  • To deliver intervention groups linked to Active Phonics and 1:1 work

You will need to be Level 2 or Level 3 or Degree qualified in a child workforce related qualification or similar.

All quoted rates are inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay.
