Your Responsibilities:


  • Offering 1:1 and group assistance to students with conditions such as Autism (ASD), ADHD, Dyslexia, and Speech & Language challenges
  • Assisting in creating a structured, stimulating learning environment
  • Supporting students in their academic, emotional, and social growth
  • Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored learning strategies

What Were Looking For:


  • Previous experience working with SEN students in an educational or similar setting
  • A patient, adaptable approach to learning support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and staff
  • A genuine passion for helping students overcome challenges
  • Relevant qualifications (such as a TA qualification or degree) are advantageous but not essential
