Your Responsibilities:
- Offering 1:1 and group assistance to students with conditions such as Autism (ASD), ADHD, Dyslexia, and Speech & Language challenges
- Assisting in creating a structured, stimulating learning environment
- Supporting students in their academic, emotional, and social growth
- Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored learning strategies
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience working with SEN students in an educational or similar setting
- A patient, adaptable approach to learning support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and staff
- A genuine passion for helping students overcome challenges
- Relevant qualifications (such as a TA qualification or degree) are advantageous but not essential
