Tonic are assisting our client in the search for a Food and Beverage Manager for their state-of-the-art event and conference venue, which will open in early 2025.

Our client is a leading global venue and event management business. We are assisting in the search for a highly organised and motivated Food and Beverage Manager to help manage the food and beverage operation within the venue.

What qualities are our clients seeking in the successfulFood and BeverageManager?
  • Ideally, you will have experience working in a senior role in a similar, high-volume, customer-focused venue.
  • Passion, enthusiasm and drive
  • Excellent knowledge of bar work, including a thorough understanding of bar dispensing equipment and managing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage products.
  • You will be a natural with people - guests and your team
  • Ideally, a holder of a Personal Licence.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ideally, experience working in a similar environment, ideally within the entertainment/leisure industry, operating multiple busy bars and retail food outlets.
  • Experience in financial and budget management
