What qualities are our clients seeking in the successfulFood and BeverageManager?
- Ideally, you will have experience working in a senior role in a similar, high-volume, customer-focused venue.
- Passion, enthusiasm and drive
- Excellent knowledge of bar work, including a thorough understanding of bar dispensing equipment and managing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage products.
- You will be a natural with people - guests and your team
- Ideally, a holder of a Personal Licence.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ideally, experience working in a similar environment, ideally within the entertainment/leisure industry, operating multiple busy bars and retail food outlets.
- Experience in financial and budget management
