Certain Advantage is working in partnership with a large engineering company that operates within the aerospace industry and is currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain and Quality Manager.

Job Summary:
The Supply Chain and Quality Manager is responsible for optimizing supply chain operations and ensuring high-quality standards. The role focuses on supplier performance, capacity analysis, design change industrialization, risk management, and quality improvement, particularly within the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, capable of thriving in a volatile and complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor supplier performance, conduct capacity analysis, and oversee design changes and work transfers. Leverage market insights to inform supply chain strategies.
* Address non-conformities, implement APQP and Supplier Quality Improvement Plans (SQIP), and drive continuous quality improvement.
* Conduct capability assessments, critical control point analysis, and product audits. Enhance supplier processes and systems through feedback and audits.
* Identify and assess supply chain risks, develop mitigation plans, and establish governance for ongoing risk monitoring.
